Naturally Harvested Honey
Crafted by Nature,
Perfected by Bees.
Pure, cold-extracted South African honey harvested with care. Raw, unheated, and bottled with undisturbed natural enzymes and live pollens.
From Hive to Jar
We honor the sacred labor of the honeybee through non-invasive harvesting, zero thermal processing, and pure glass bottling in KwaZulu-Natal.
Single-Origin Sourcing
Our hives reside in secluded floral pockets in Sherwood and the Durban coastal belt. The bees forage unhindered on wild eucalyptus, indigenous thornveld, and subtropical blossoms.
Cold Extraction
Never flash-heated or pasteurized. We uncap the combs by hand and use gentle centrifugal spinning at room temperature, keeping precious enzymes, pollen, and propolis alive.
Artisanal Bottling
Gravity-filtered through stainless mesh to remove wax specks without stripping floral aroma. Poured into sustainable 250g, 500g, and 1kg glass jars, sealed with tamper-evident batch provenance.
Litchi Blossom Honey
Rare Coastal Terroir Reserve
Harvested exclusively from ancient flowering eucalyptus groves thriving on the warm slopes of Sherwood, Durban. It introduces a subtle herbal crispness on the palate followed by deep golden butterscotch notes. Rich in natural polyphenols with an ultra-smooth finish.
